| Reservations will be handled on a first come - first serve basis. Prices are per room and night and include VAT as well as breakfast. A City Tax will have to be paid upon checkout at the hotel. |

| We will confirm receipt of your reservation together with the total amount to be paid. To
guarantee your reservation, full pre-payment is required. The payment of your extra costs (minibar etc.) will have to be done at the hotel reception desk, the day
of your departure. The hotel will issue an invoice showing the total amount of your hotel costs on site in Nice. The full night deposit will be credited to you on this
hotel invoice. Please note: your reservation cannot be confirmed until the full night deposit has been received. |
